How does one pronounce "Liege?"

Learning this in French, I pronounce it "lee-ejh." What would the pronunciation be in Belgium and Germany?

For French-speaking Belgians, as in France.

For Flemish-speakers it's Luik, pronounced something like Lowk.

For Germans, it's Lüttich, pronounced something like Lewtich ("ew" as in pushing your lips forward, and soft "ch" at the back of the throat, as in "loch&quot.
