How do I say....

Heading to Italy tomorrow... finally! One last question.. when dropping off laundry at a laundromat, how to I say "Please wash in warm water and fold, no pressing needed." Or something close to that.

Thank you..... I thought "calda" means hot? Trying to avoid clothes being washed in hot water.
