We now have about 16 people attending but there is still room for more. Its on a few days away- Sat. Sept. 9th at 12 noon.

I was asking for your e-mail- I keep a distribution list of everyone that will attend. I assume you have all of the details about the HGT- In a separate thread I listed the details, agenda, menu etc. Did you see that? Are you coming alone? I need a headcount.

AGENDA FOR THE HGT
Welcome- Introductions- opening remarks

Lunch

Raffle- everyone will receive a little token as a memento of our HGT. You get to choose your memento from the gift table as your name is drawn from the box.

Lunch Continues.

Travel Quiz- the group will break into 2 teams. A team captain will be selected for each team. Team names to be chosen (for example- Globe Trekkers, Explorers, etc. you get the idea). This is where we separate the tourists from the travelers. Questions about Europe and Asia will be asked. Winning team has bragging rights for a year and the coveted Blue Ribbon!

Women's Raffle- a special raffle only for the ladies. A well chosen gift for one lucky lady participant. Must be present to win it.
