Hotels in Le Marche, Italy - especially Gradara

I'm planning a trip to Italy next spring and would like to check out Le Marche region based on the wonderful feedback from posters. I've picked out the Castel di Luco in Acquasania Terme, and the Rocco Locanda in Sirolo. Has anyone stayed in either of these places that can give me some feedback?

I'm also interested in the northern part of Le Marche but have seen some bad reviews on hotels in Urbino. After searching for information on other towns in the area, I found the town of Gradara on the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy website. However, I can't find any information on hotels in that town. Can anyone recommend a place to stay within the walls of Gradara? Thank you!!

Parker,

I can't help you with accomodations, but I was hoping you could direct me to this Most Beautiful Villages in Italy website.

Thanks.

Thanks Steve. This one is outside the walls of Gradara but it looks very nice. Maybe we should stay there and just visit the town. I'll be sure to make a note of any hotels within the walls and share this information when we get back.

5 minutes from Sirolo is the Hotel Monte Conero which was a 1,000 year old monastery on top of Monte Conero. Nice hikes fantastic views, average food. Great food can be had at Portonovo at the northern base of the mountain. The beach at Sirolo is also nice. Numana is a nice town to walk around with some decent restaurants. Urbino is a jewel. Ascoli Piceno is great. Fantastic midieval 4 star hotel just opened there. Great restaurants.
