There ar LOTS of Savoy's in Europe. Which city are you asking about?

I suspect you are talking about London (as opposed to the one in Prague which is quite nice).

I would certainly go to TripAdvisor and read those reviews....and no, those people aren't any less anonymous than we are.

I'd imagine that you're talking about Prague (or maybe a couple of properties in Italy) as the one in London is never referred to as "Hote Savoy", but "The Savoy Hotel" or simply "The Savoy".
