Hotel room for four in Paris

We are going to Paris on June 22 with two teenagers (ages 16 and 17). Most hotels allow only 2 to 3 people per room. Any suggestions for lodging for 4 people in Paris and/or Nice? Would B&B be a better option?

in Paris, we stayed in the Grand Hotel St. Michel (3*). We were a family of 4. We had a 2 room suite. The rooms were not all that large, especially the 2nd room with the 2 twin beds but it was managable. Each room had a TV. There was also small refridgerator. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms. This hotel is located in the latin quarter, near Luxemburg Gardens. The hotel also had a very nice breakfast buffet.

We just stayed at the Relais Bosquet Hotel in the 7th Arr (great location, 1.5 blocks from Ecole Militaire Metro Stop and between Rue Cler and Ave. Bosquet) and they have some connecting rooms that would be good for a family. We had the chance to talk to the owner about the hotel in general and I mentioned this forum and that the family question came up. He said they can accommodate families with the connecting room arrangement (and the plus is you get two bathrooms .. with teenagers that must be a necessity). These may not be huge rooms but I think with the age of the kids I'd opt for 2 rooms anyway. They have a website if you care to look it up. Some rooms have a/c (the "superior" rooms) so you might ask about that as well. We had a fairly large room (superior!) and a view of 3/4 of the Eiffel Tower. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Tower. Rue Cler might appeal to teenagers as there are lots of food, bakery, etc. stalls/markets there and it's a pedestrian street. It's hard to walk down it without getting something to eat!

We booked a suite at the Best Western Left Bank St Germaine which could sleep a fmaily of 4 without breaking the bank. We will be there in mid June so I haven't seen the place to give it a personal recommendation but the pictures looked pretty good. Another place I was going to try was Apartment Citadines which have a few locations. I don't have the websites off hand but they were pretty easy to find uisn ghte Best Western site and apartment citadines.

We've had good luck with "junior suites" at some of the bigger hotels and I think that both the Montparnasse Tower and the Intercontinental in Paris will allow four in a room.

We are a family of 4, 2 teenaged daughters, and have found the Intercontinental, Rue Castiglione, very comfortable with either connecting or adjoining rooms; a bit pricey but the location is really good for ease of metro, walking to Louvre, etc and best of all, Cafe Angelina is just down the Rue de Rivoli-- my daughters would spend all day there consuming hot chocolate if left to their own devices, then walking to the giant ferris wheel in Place de la Concorde (still there?)

We are going to Paris in just about a week with 2 slightly younger kids (11, 14) and we decided against the normal hotel room. We booked a Citadines Hotel with a one bedroom suite. I am 2 twin beds in the bedroom for the kids (boy and girl) and my husband and I will have the sofabed in the living room. This way we will actually have some space and we can all be together. I also like that we get a small kitchen so we can have snacks, drinks and breakfast in. There are Citadines all over Paris and Europe. You can check it out at Citadines.com.

Hi Hafez (are u iranian?)
anyway, Paris is a great location and I would suggest to go with your family
to the Citadines Montmartre !!!
Get an Appartement of four, incl. kitchen. It's clean, modern and with TV and a/c . Your next metro station would be Blanche. Close to Sacre Cour and the great views over Paris, lovely area.
Costst about EUR 21p.P.
P.s.: incl. two sep. sleeping rooms.
Shain/eu/de/düsseldorf

I believe the Palais Bourbon has quad rooms, and it is a hotel recommended often on this message board. [email protected]
You can search for it by name to read previous postings. Also look it up at www.paris.org which should also have comments from guests.
