Patch Barracks! I was stationed at Kelley Barracks in 1970 and my wife was the catering manager for the Officer's Club at Patch while we were in Germany.All the big Generals were at Patch in the 70s. The road leading into Patch has a few nice places to stay plus the Stuttgart International Hotel is not that far away and closer to Kelley Barracks. Have fun, great area.
