hotel in Paris

We are a family of four (2children ages 11 & 10) who will be in Pari in June. We would love to stay in St.Germaine district, but have begun to find that the popular hotels are filled. Any suggestions?
Also, has anyone had any experience with Hotel de l'accademie?
Thanks

There you go again, Margo(Classe), giving away, in post after post, bit by bit, the contents of your popular "Hello...Hotels from $40-$80 A Night" books. Pretty soon, I won't have to buy any more! Thanks!

Stacey: My suggestion to anyone going to Paris is always the Regents Hotel on Rue Madame. It is very close to St. Germaine. The rooms are lovely and very large for Paris. I think there are some quads. The bathrooms and everything else appear to be brand new. Two metro stops are within a block or so. Skip the breakfast-we ate it because we got a special with it included in the price-there is a bakery right down the street. If you do an internet search, they are included in some of the hotel websites with pictures. I can't remember one right off, or I would give you the address. You will like it.
