A few years ago we went to Paris and found our hotel on a website called: hotelboulevard.com. It was a great resource because it included not only the standard info about each hotel, but several reviews, both good and bad, from travellers that had stayed at each hotel. Unfortunately, the site has change names since and I do not have a record of the new name. Does anyone know it?

They went out of business. There is no new name, maybe a new business doing the same thing.

www.tripadvisor.com gives a number of customer reviews, depending upon how many people have sent some in. They also do links to the reviews from Fodor's, Frommers, and sometimes other guides as well.

Here is another vote for tripadvisor.com. They include a long listing of Paris hotels and the comments come from people who have stayed at these hotels as well as the regular writeups from different guidebooks. But the comments from guests are best: very honest opinions, good and bad.
