They have replied to my emails within 24 hrs, they emailed me a scanned copy ( pdf file ) of a reservation form, which I then signed and faxed back to them. This will be my second stay, and I'm looking forward to it!
I also emailed them a couple of days ago asking for advice on directions from our arrival point in Paris, and I got a very helpful reply within 24 hrs.

Hi BRR,
We take a shuttle.
The Bonaparte uses a van service, but I am not sure which one.
They arranged for pickup for departure for us last time, but I can't remember who it was. All went well. Rates were competitive.
I suggest that you ask them to arrange to get you at CDG.
