La Bussière is an ancient abbey which has been bought and renovated by a British couple, a couple of years ago. I remember the association which didn't want it to become a hotel "save la Bussière!"
It became a great establishment, they talked a lot about it in regional and decoration magazines.
It got great reviews on TA that you can read here : http://tinyurl.com/yuvg5l
The area is very pleasant, I always come back to Dijon passing there from Chateauneuf en Auxois. It is very green.
You definitely need a car if you want to go there.

And don't forget to visit Dijon!

Hi Suzie, no problem with my screen name
I saw it but didn't want to hijack kate's thread. You know that you'll be more than welcome in "my home in Dijon"
Kate I like Gevrey Chambertin which is one of the first famous villages on the wine coast (route des grands crus). It is typical, you'll find lots of wine cellars where you can taste wines. It is close to Dijon and not far from Beaune and Nuits st Georges.
Have a look at

http://www.hoteldesgrandscrus.com/
and Chez Guy has a nice reputation as a restaurant. http://www.hotel-bourgogne.com/chez%5Fguy/
You can find more info on www.cotedor-tourisme.com
With all the ideas you'll get from your other postings it is going to be very hard to choose! Good luck!

Living close to Dijon I never stayed in any of those hotels, but I like the area.
If you want to get deeper in the vineyards, check CHateau Ziltener in Chambolle Musigny, a friend from Houston stayed there last year in March and liked it a lot. You can find his review along with nice other ones on TA as well.
If you title was not about la Bussière you would have a lot more answers

La Bussière just had its first star on the michelin guide. Well done for a hotel restaurant open only since a few months. If you can read French :
