I am looking for a nice, clean hotel in district 6, zip code 75006, near rue jean bart. I am planning to visit in the next 6 months. Not too expensive, private bathroom and within walking distance to catacombs. My son in law lives on rue jean bart #4. Thanks.

"HOTEL" could be asking about anyplace in all of Europe. I would re-post w/ a title something like "Need a hotel near rue Jean Bart in the 6th"

First of all I noticed that you started two threads. When you start a thread you can find it very quickly by clicking on your screen name which you will see at the very top of the screen right by the "Welcome" word. Than everything you have posted will be on the left hand side of your screen.

I am assuming you are referring to needing a hotel in Paris? Fabrizio if you do not receive any answers to your question I would start a new thread and in the title of the thread type something like "Hotel suggestion for Paris" for example.
That way people that are familar with hotels in Paris will be more apt to respond. Best wishes and enjoy your time with your son-in-law.

Not sure what you'd term 'walking distance' - rue Jean Bart is about 1.5 kilometers from place Denfert Rochereau... Certainly doable on foot, but not just around the corner.
