Hot Air Balloon

Hello. We are planning to do a hot air balloon ride in Provence and I don't know if we should do the 40 minute tourist flight or the full 80 minutes. I am thinking 40 minutes might be enough, but I don't want to regret that I didn't splurge for the longer trip. Any advice would be appreciated!! Thanks!

Done three flights so far and have to say that I find that the time seems to go very quickly when you are up in the air.

I am not sure I underrstand the difference between what you are calling the "tourist flight" versus the longer one..who does THAT? Non-tourists???? Don't quite get all that but having done one with www.franceballoons.com in the Loire Valley the HOUR or so we spent in the air wasn't nearly long enough IMO.

I would go for the longer trip. We took a baloon ride over Tuscany and loved it.

Thank you all - I am definitely going for the longer flight.
Dukey - the "tourist flight" is what they call the shorter 40 min. trip. I'm not sure why either.
