MelJ,<BR><BR>This is what makes the world an interesting place!<BR><BR><BR>I thought glen coe was one of the most beautiful places, I've ever been. And munich is one of my favorite cities and I liked bath...guess we cancel each other's vote!<BR><BR>US

i am rarely disappointed while travelling and frequently pleasantly surprised because i try not to have any expectations other than to enjoy the journey at hand.<BR><BR>that said, i found the picasso museum in paris to be highly overrated. the few kernels of genuinely great picasso are overwhelmed by the husks of garbage. try the pompidou center for quality picasso.

Germany and Frankfurt in particular. Found the people generally cold and rather arrogant. Only place in Europe I ever had that reaction.<BR><BR>As to other comments, I visited Siena when there was a Palio being conducted. That is an incredible experience.
