I will be in Amsterdam June 21-24. I guess the museum will be heaving with people having just opened. The link to purchase tickets is not working yet either.

Thanks for posting. I still remember how opulent the exhibits were in the Hermitage 20 years ago in then Leningrad. This will certainly be a "must see" for me. I'm glad we won't be there until October so hopefully the exhibit will be less crowded after it's been open a few months Deborah

We stayed at hotel adolesce which is across the street from the Hermitage. A couple of rooms are supposedly open now but we did not visit. A lot of site work was going on during our stay (June 3-10). You could see indoors at night that rooms are finished but exhibits are not set up yet in most rooms visible from the street.
