Help with trip by train from Paris to Italy
My husband and I will be in Provence in late June, we will have a week there but want to continue on to some parts of Europe by train for another week. What are you thoughts on destinations from Paris. Could a train trip through Switzerland be doable and what stops and routes would you consider. Thank you.

Hi again jelane,
"topping" means that a poster sends your post to the top of the forum with his/her reply -- to get you some more responses.
I see that you've asked this question in three different posts. It would be better for you to "top" your posts to get more responses instead of posting whole new posts; it's easier for responders to see what options you're already considering and which options you've eliminated.

Sorry, I don't really get it: you will be in Provence and ask for destinations "from Paris". Should we understand that your train base will be Provence or Paris? There is a 600 mile gap between both. or that you want to use your train time to link both areas. Please clarify.
