Help with this Fodors Forum!!!

I sent out a message on 7/17/200 at 3:29pm, about "italy - driving thru the Lake Country" and I'll be darned, but other than once, I have been unsuccessful in trying to retrieve it. Is there a trick? I' looking to see if there are any responses. Thanks for your help. It was the first time I had ever used the forum, and perhaps i didn't initially identify it properly.

It's there - - just brought it to the top for you. This forum has much more traffic and new messages than most people realize. It was about 4 days (10 or 12 pages) down.

Best wishes,

Rex

Others have reported problems similar to yours. My only suggestion is to try again. Before you click on the red "half moon", you might highlight the whole message and click on Edit, then on copy. Paste the text to your word processor and save it as a file in case you have to repost. This precedure beats retyping the whole thing over and over.
I always copy mine because you never know if you are going to be successful or not.
One last tip for you, Lorraine - - look for answers pretty much every day for the first few days - - and remember that your message will "end up' on the day where it was last answered - - not where you last left it.

Best wishes,

Rex
