Help with Italy itinerary
Going to Italy end of May'23 and need help on putting together an itinerary around a planned visit to Panzano in Chianti.
Thinking about flying into Venice and spending 3 days.
Would like to check out area north of Venice for 2 nights in a spa hotel like Le Lefays., ALTO ADIGE area perhaps?
Then off to Panzano for 5 days.
From there would like to experience a thermal spa and hotel 5* experience overnight
From here open to suggestions, want to see Amalfi coast but do not like touristy and crowded places, suggestions for 3 days.
Fly out of Naples or Rome.
Thanks

It's easier if you think in terms of number of nights rather than days, since three days is one thing and three nights is another (it only gives you 2 or 2-1/2 days in that location).
The Amalfi Coast is likely to be touristy and crowded because it is very beautiful! Some areas are probably less crowded but you are unlikely to have enough time to get to those.

I would look in Tuscany, where there are a number of thermal spas. Maybe Il Pelicano would interest you for your luxury hotel stay?
Being on the Amalfi Coast for only three days might be a disappointment.

Have you thought about Bagni di Pisa as a really nice traditional spa with a great gelateria across the piazza?
I think you are bouncing around too much and missing out on a lot of beautiful places. Less travel, more holiday.
