That sounds great!

I'm a little confused though -- it looks like Ligeris in the website of the Tours Tourist Office (http://www.ligeris.com) and Acco-Dispo is one of the providers listed here:
http://www.ligeris.com/fra/excursions.html

Do you mean that you booked directly with the tourist office or something? Or maybe you just picked a different tour company from Acco-Dispo?

Well, I did confuse you. I left out the most important part. I went on the Saint Eloi excursions. That is also who I have booked with for this October trip. I booked on line thru Ligeris for Saint Eloi excursions both times. Acco Dispo could not book for me until they had more people, offered to call me at the hotel in Tours. I had to know ahead of time. Acco Dispo did not tour on Sunday for this trip.

I had totally forgotten to mention the Saint Eloi part. I checked my reservation online to make sure I got it right this time.

Hi, I thought that I'd add to this -- the tourist office in Blois says that tours can be found at

http://www.tourevasion.com

and also "bus to visit Chambord and Cheverny: you take it 9:10am or 2:25pm in front of the train station, line TLC special bus for the chateaux, until august 29th."

Oops! Chenonceau straddles the Cher River, not Loire.

I should have remebered this due to a translation website I was using a few years ago. It translated "cher" correctly as "dear," yet incorrectly as place names are not translated.
