Yes, there is skiing in Hawaii..in fact there is a snowboarding competetion every year. The Big Island has 2 almost 14,000 ft high mts that get snow every year. And sometimes it snows on Maui's Haleakala too. It is really interesting to be at the airport watching people in bathing suits w/snowboards arriving. <G><BR>Aloha, Linda
