Help, London choices
I will be in London for a Friday and Saturday Night only. 27 year old girls, want a safe area and close to tube. Has anyone heard of these:
Collin House Hotel
Elizabeth Hotel
James & Cartref House
Winchester Hotel
Thank you for any advice.

Collin House is in Belgravia; Elizabeth is in Hyde Park; James and Cartref House is also in Belgravia, and the Winchester hotel is also in Belgravia.
As areas go, Belgravia is one of the safest and most desirable. However, it is mainly residential, and lacks a young nightlife style. Not many tube stops - although they don't run after a certain hour. You're better off staying more centrally in Mayfair which has a more age transparent nightlife.

What's your budget?
The Westbury in Conduit St can often be booked very cheaply if you call them and bargain. Or the Holiday Inn Mayfair which is around 80GBP per night for a triple so I'd imagine a double would be slightly less.

There have been lots of posts about using Priceline to get a 4* hotel for under $100 per night. See http://www.biddingfortravel.com and http://www.betterbidding.com and do searches here. Almost certainly you'll get a better value than the hotels you listed.
