You guys may be right. I'm getting alittle ahead of myself. I guess I'm very excited and I want to see everything! But I know I can't... so I will be more realistic. =P
Thanks for the tip on Edinburgh on New Year's. I am actually planning the trip now!
I will love to see every city everyone has mentioned but it will be impossible(truth sinking in)... I realized the best for me to do right now is see all the cities near by London. Next time in Europe, I promise I will do Central/Western Europe.
My (almost final) plan:
1st weekend - see London by myself.
2nd - London with boyfriend.
3rd - Paris with boyfriend.
4th - Amsterdam with boyfriend.
5th - Brussels and Paris with friends.
6th - NYC home for Thanksgiving weekend.
7th - Stay in London
8th - Somewhere along French Riveria. Not have decided..
9th - Stay in London
10th - Madrid/Barcelona for christmas weekend with coworker. (2 days each)
11th - Edinburgh for New Year's weekened with coworker.
Now I need to know where to stay and where to eat once I get there! Whew!
Thank you everyone. I couldn't have done this w/out you!

Hello from London... I just wanted to thanks everyone with their great tips. Reading back again, everything makes perfect sense.
I've booked most of the hotels, flights and Eurostar tickets.
I pretty much have a similar agenda from above except Week 7, I will be taking side to to Oxford to see my friend, Week 8 - already booked my flight to Milan - wanted to do some Italian shopping and minimal sightseeing, and try Italian Food (will go to Florence/Venice/Rome will boyfriend some other year.)
I didn't really tour London my first weekend. I did some "window shopping" since London is very expensive, caught a play, movie and checked out few dining spots and got myself familiar with the city.
Unfortunately, my work is demanding because I work in finance, (working til almost 10pm everyday!!!) so my weekdays are basically spent working and/or fodors and frommer's and travel books so I can fine tune my trips.
I still have Dec 16-17 left open to stay in London... but I'm dying to see Prague since everyone is saying what a quaint, romantic city it is.
I've done a little research. Flights are about 300+ and a decent hotel for a night will cost me 130+.
Would you think it's worth it?

I'd say wait until you've only spent one weekend in Paris and decide if you want to go back. Prague may be fine, beautiful, and something you could tack on at the end of your trip on the way home, but it's hard for me to think that only a couple of days in Paris will be enough -- and only you can decide that once you see it and all there is to see/do/eat/drink.
