HELP: Combination railpass Italy and Switz?
Okay,<BR><BR>I've read about how great the Swisspass is, and I've found one for 3 days of unlimited travel for $156.00..<BR><BR>Is there a combination pass of any kind where I can add a few days of unlimited travel in Italy as well?<BR><BR>We'll be flying into Rome, staying a couple days and then venturing into Switzerland to Zermitt/Interlocken etc...<BR><BR>Trying to simplify things..

Followup: I've also found an Italian Railpass that is $163.00 for 4 days travel.<BR><BR>For my wife and I:<BR><BR>(2) Italy rail passes will cost us $326.00<BR>(2) Swiss passes will cost us $312.00<BR><BR>For a total of $638.00<BR><BR>Is there any cheaper way to do see Rome and the Mts in Switzerland?

At your other thread it sounds like you'll be staying in place briefly in Zermatt and Venice, and longer in Rome. It might be that you'll do better money-wise w/o the passes. There are some really avid/savvy people at this site who will probably help you calculate it and decide. J.
