Help at CDG

1. I arrive at Terminal 1 on United and am taking the TGV to Provence as soon as practical after our arrival. I have never taken the TGV from the airport and would like someone to guide me through the process.

I know I have to go through customs, collect luggage, etc. Then what? I seem to remember reading that the TGV station is in Terminal 2. Once I can order train tickets, I'm going to leave a 2 to 3 hour window (barring any late arrival on the plane)to get to the train. What would be the best route in the airport to take? And how long should it take from deplaning to the train station?

Thanks for all your expertise!

Joy

Hi luv,

There is a free shuttle bus (Line 1 Red) that makes a loop of the CDG1 and CDG2 terminals that will drop you at the train station located between CDG2C and CDG2F.

After you clear Customs, you will see a big information desk. They can point you to the right place to get the shuttle bus over to the TGV station. If I recall, you will need to take the elevator to get to the shuttle stop.
