Thanks! Looking forward to it and I happen to love tea with lots of milk too.
I just read some reviews of this trip and the consistent negative comment is of too many of the dinner meals ( for which we pay on our own) are okish but have to be at the hotels because of distance away from towns. This is just what I was hoping to avoid but I wonder and hope theres a way around it.... or that they've been reading their reviews and done something about it if possible.

Our experience of food in the hotels we stayed in was pretty good. It may be that if it is a group they adjust the spices to what they think the group will want - nothing to stop you saying that you want proper local food. can you post a link to the trip so I could have a look?
