Thanks all for your previous responses. I think I may just go with Just Airports. Does anyone know if the prices Just Airports quotes include a tip for the driver? If not, what is the appropriate amount?

Tip would not be included in the quoted price. I usually tip drivers about 20%, but that could just be me.

Tip as the service warrants. If it rates "the usual" which as everywhere else eventually changes then do so. If it rates more, do that. Nobody here will know since it is YOU who got the service, not us.
