If you need a quick snack after landing, Cafe Nero is perfectly fine unless, of course, you are a coffee connoisseur. I drink coffee at Nero’s , Costa Coffee and, occasionally,Starbucks and can’t really tell much difference particularly after adding some cream and a bit of sugar.
In in response to your question of where the driver will drop you off, he’ll drop you wherever you want.

>>will the driver drop us there or will it have to be the airport?<<
They drop you where you want tp go -- it is called 'just airports' but that is just what they specialize in. Like other cars services, they will pick you up almost anywhere and take you where you need to go. However - if your destination is not at the airport you are better off booking by phone. Two of the last three times I've used them for a return trip to LHR they have dropped me at a hotel along the Bath Road (near your Heathrow Renaissance). There is no need to book them far in advance - a couple of weeks or even just a day or two ahead is fine.
