My husband and I (both seniors)have been taking our kids and grandkids to Disney for 25 yrs, so of course we had to visit Disneyland Paris when we were in Paris last yr.It was a miserably cold day and we were suffering jet lag, but we would have given it our best shot, except that we could not find anyone to give us any info about where to buy our tickets or what line we needed to be in. In Florida, there are so many helpful employees, but we could not find even one. This time, we will purchase our tickets before leaving(there is a 20% discount this yr,if purchased ahead), and give it another chance. Something about the atmosphere in the Disney parks has alwayd appealed to us and our kids and grandkids will go at the drop of a hat. We are not expecting wonders but we are looking forward to seeing the French version of things.

I visited Disneyland Paris, now known as Euro Disney, shortly after it opened in April 1992, 2 weeks or so after it opened..I went more out of curiosity than anything else. I was never a big Disney fan, but found it remiscient of Disney in Florida which I had visited 15 years earlierand found it pleasant enough. Not a bad day outing, but I'd never go again...If you have kids, then I can see the appeal of going.

My husband and I love Disney - even now that our kids are grown - and we loved Disneyland Paris. We enjoyed comparing the details of the familiar rides and hearing the narrations in French as well as the differences in the foods served. I think it's not to be missed if you are a Disney fan! (We didn't care for the adjacent park that contains the Tower of Terror - too much pavement.)

I practically grew up at Disneyland in Anaheim. Visited Disneyland Paris with my son in 2003. I also found that it was not magical. Rude "cast members", dirty grounds littered with cigarette butts, and guests that had no sense of what a line is. All I could think is that Walt must be turning over in his grave.
