You might want to try GoAhead Tours; Lynne Sarao was very helpful when planning my trip to Italy. Her e-mail address is the following: [email protected]

Maupintour and Tauck are two other reputable tour companies.
If you want a tour, you need to research the different itineraries and pick the one that suits you best.
All of the upscale companies hire people who have graduated from the International Tour Management Institute (ITMI) and will give you consistent superior service.

Insight is another. Before you choose a tour company sit down with all the brochures and compare. It isnt so simple. Compare hotels esp their location, learn to speak "tour lingo"- you will see may mean that the bus goes past vs "visit" or tour, find out how much that you wish to see is included and how much might be an add on ect..There is a fair bit of homework to do and be sure you have a magnifying glass or reading glasses.
