Durty Nellie's in Bunratty; Madigan's on middle Earl St. (pedestrian) just off O'Connell Street in Dublin - not a 'music' pub, just a nice place to stop and maybe even have lunch. I had a roast beef dinner there recently and it was 7.50 Euros.

Hi Faithr,
"The Spaniard" in Scilly - about a 1/2 mile out of Kinsale center.
Heard great music and they had delicious seafood chowder.
I'll be needing an Ireland fix soon
Have a blast.

Here's a little secret the locals told me to getting into Mac's Pub in Bunratty without paying for entry into the park.
Down the road between Durty Nellie's and the castle there's a sliding gate/fence. Ring the buzzer, the gate will open, drive in, and have a pint of Guinness for me.
