Going to Paris with children

I am planning a family trip to Paris in May. It will be our first trip and I want to find something interesting for all of us. Is there anything that can amuse and delight a 12 year old boy besides the fact that he is in Paris!?

Here are some things my 8 year daughter enjoyed that are "boyish":
The Conciergerie (prison within walking distance to Notre Dame)
The suit of Armor Museum (I'm sure someone will be glad to give you name and location)
The top of Arch de Triumph (we were too chicken to go to top of Eiffel tower)
Riding the metro (especially line 6 because it goes outside and above the ground)
Kindereggs (chocolate candy with treat inside)
wearing the headphones at the Louvre

If I think of others, I'll post again.
Hi Marina,

Your son will probably like the catacombs. Here's the URL for a virtual tour:

http://triggur.org/cata/

Adrienne
My son is younger--only 7. The most successful afternoon we had in Paris was the visit to Notre Dame (he had seen both the Disney Huntchback movie and an old B&W version of the story, so he was interested in seeing the real building) followed by a walk around the island, ending at Berthillon ice cream.
