Go to EUROPE forum and get more help!

You will find much more help and advice and sharing if you go to the general EUROPE forum.

Just to explain, Fodors recently changed the Travel Talk boards to create separate boards for France, Italy and Great Britain. Many of the highly experienced participants on the board find this new arrangement needlessly cumbersome and have decided not to visit these new boards.

So the best way to get an answer to an inquiry is to post it on the general Europe board, as posts here are more likely to be ignored.

You'll get more responses if you post this on the general Europe board. Fewer people read or respond on this one.

Speak for yourself, x and bruce, you don't run this site. I am much more likely to read the France board and respond here than the Europe board. If somebody has a very specific question only relating to Paris or France (and there are many) it makes more sense to post it here.

Cristina, you are obviously new to this forum. The vast majority of those posting here are against the changes made and it is more difficult to get the regulars to respond. Read the arguments against the new setup under the Europe heading and you will see what I mean.

Try the general Europe site for more participation and help and general overall togetherness and friendliness.

Up:

Clearly, I am not the only one willing to give this new format a try. And, by the way, this is a travel forum; why don't you take your whining someplace else?

P.S. Why don't you post your name, you coward?

Holly, with any luck, Fodor's will soon abandon the sub-boards. Is there any chance you'll stay over here rather than bring your name-calling to the Motherboard?

I agree with Holly. I prefer the new setup. It makes more sense to me to have separate forums. If you don't like it, complain but stop trying to ram your opinion down my throat.
