Fantastic race; perfect course planning; spectacular OLN coverage here in the USA. Armstrong is one of the greatest sportsmen of all time. Have you read his recent Playboy interview? Very interesting...here it is...

Thank you Btilke and TravelerGina. He is such an inspiration for so many people. A good friend of mine is battling breast cancer and was so inspired by his book and what he has done with his life, that it has given her a lot of hope. He's a gem

Even if you can think of someone, they hadn't come back from the dead.
He was the first winner to be allowed to speak from the podium. He finally got to tell the naysayers/disbelievers what he thinks of them. A great man and a great champion.

Yeah, he's gone -- to 7th Heaven! Kind of sad we won't see him in competition anymore, I'm going to miss him but his legacy will live on.
He is for sure one of those in the pantheon of über-elite atheletes. There are others; Woods, Bird, Gretzky, Jordan , Chamberlain come to mind.

I'm already feeling the effects of Le Tour withdrawal.
//Note to self: start planning now to go see part of it in person next year\\
Found any good slide-show photo journals of this year's Le Tour de France? Please post a link if you have!
Here is a minor one I have found:

(link labeled "photo essay" is currently found on this page under main artlicle)

They didn't change the sprint rules per se. They did not give intermediate points for sprints but did give the stage win points/time which allowed Vinocurov to move up. I think if anyone didn't understand there would have been a protest before the awards ceremony.
Look on oln.com or cyclingnews.com for videos, etc.

Ahhh, I see! (said the blind man)> that website is constantly updating with more photos, thus the individual position of each particular picture keeps shifting... have a look anyway but disregard the photo #s I have previously stated.
