Global Work and Travel- should I use it?

Global Work and Travel- should I use it?
Hi all. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the company Global Work and Travel. I've been thinking about using one of the working holiday programs to spend a year in either France or England (hospo, au pair, haven't decided yet). I've been looking at reviews and the results seem to be very mixed.
