Ghost Walk in Venice?

Okay, I know it is probably a very tourist-y thing to do but we are thinking of going on the Ghost Walk in Venice on a Saturday night. Sounded like it could be fun.

Has anyone done this before?

We are interested in the same thing! I look forward to reading any comments that are posted.

I've done them in several American cities and we had a blast!

Oooooooooh, say this sounds intriguing, I hope someone answers your post!

In the midst of investigating which sights to see in Venice, this one sounds like a little something off the beaten path, and perhaps a little bit of laughable fun.

Someone, do tell!

Happy, spooky travels, T.

If you put "Ghost Walk Venice" into any search engine you can find it. I found it on www.just-tours.net but there were other Venice tour sights that had it as well.

All I know is that it is about 20 Euros per person and is a 1 1/2 to 2 hour walking tour.

I hope someone answers our questions! *crossing my fingers*

We did the Ghost Walk in Venice (Sept 04) and really enjoyed it. Not too many true ghost stories...more like legends But very enjoyable...good pace. We printed coupons off their website and got a 5E discount.

AnneO....Which web site did you get the discount tickets from? I would love to download the promo coupon.

http://www.tours-italy.com/venice/ghost_walk.htm

I booked from this site. There was a link to their brochure, and it said "print this PDF verson of our brochure to save 5E."

I don't see that link anymore, but play around on the site and you might find it (I'm looking at the print out that I took with me).

Hope this helps...I'm going back in spring 2006, and might book some of their other tours.

Moldy...We will be taking this tour a week from Saturday and I plan to report back when I return home. Sorry, but you'll have to wait until the beginning of June for that!

Thanks for alerting me to this - it sounds good, so I've now booked for 20th June ! Hoping it will be reminiscent of 'Don't Look Now'

Love the look of Venice in "Don't Look Now". Wish there was a "Don't Look Now" tour...
