That was my question, so that is what I will look into. We will not give up Varenna, just wait until morning to take the next leg of the journey.

the bus from the airport to Centrale (and vice versa) will only cost 7E - I noticed while in a taxi from Centrale to the airport cost 70E (I'm guessing the true is for the reverse). I was in Northern Italy this past June.
