Germany with an arthritic knee - do-able?

They've taken x-rays and sent them to the arthritis specialist. Now we just have to wait for her appointment with the specialist to see what she says. In the mean time, the primary care doc has perscribed stronger pain meds because the ibuprophin wasn't cutting it.
