Signing off with my last (and very superficial) G7 dining report:
Last night's final gala G7 dinner at the Hotel du Palais was prepared by 3 Michelin-starred chef Michel Guérard of Les Prés d'Eugénie in the Landes.
It consisted of truffle soup, stuffed Saint-Sever guinea fowl and strawberries Melba for dessert.
Don't know what wines were served (but perhaps Diet Coke for you-know-who).
