thank you everyone for your help. im supposed to be in paris now but we've postponed the trip because of visa problems. neither the french nor italian embassies would accept email hotel confirmations. so im trying to get confirmations by mail and it's difficult. would anyone know of 3star no deposit hotels in paris, chamonix, florence, rome who would send one by mail? thanks again.
