Flying on Virgin Atlantic
Hi,
My fiance & I are flying on Virgin Atlantic from San Francisco to London in an economy class...Has anyone flown Virgin from San Francisco and how has the flying experience been on it?
Thanks

VS (Virgin Atlantic) is one of the best airlines for service, etc. They give everyone nice amenity bags and all seats have seat-back video screens.
The main problem is the seat pitch in coach. Most rows are really cramped. AA has more legroom - but most everyone else has as bad, or almost as bad, legroom as VS.
It is still my airline of choice for Transatlantic -- but do try to get exit rows because if you are taller than midgets you will be crowded.

BEST video entertainment system flying for Economy passengers, IMO, bar NONE...at least keeps you occupied especially if cannot sleep on a plane.
And that couple of inches of "extra" legroom on AA doesn't help that much IMO...go on Virgin!
