Flying between European Cities

I need to get from Dublin to London (really Southampton) quickly. Anyone familiar with short-trip air carriers and what it might cost? Also can I fly to Southampton or do I have to go to London and take train? I'm boarding a cruise ship in Southampton. Thanks. Maria

Look at www.ryanair.com for Dublin/London - they have a special sale going on right now!
