Florence Hotel Help Please

We are headed to Florence and Montalcino for our tenth anniversary in October. I have narrowed down our hotel to five choices thanks to the help of this board and some Trip Advisor reviews but I am stuck with which one to go with. Has anyone been to these properties recently to help me decide? I am between:

Hotel Pierre
Antica Torre di Via Tornabuoni
Hotel Lucchesi
Hotel Torre Guelfa (though thte room with a view is booked)
Residenza d'Epoca, In Piazza della Signoria (only the Umberto suite is available)

All seem to be fairly reasonably located to what we like to do in the city. We are looking for somewhere that is charming/has a Florentine feel, has a shower in the bathroom, is somewhat luxurious, and has an affable staff to assist with reservations to restaurants and attractions.

Thanks!

Looks amazing! They are not running the promotion in October, unfortunately, but it is still tempting at 250 Euro a night....Thanks.

I have stayed twice at Antica Torre Tornabuoni and it is my favorite hotel in Florence in 18 visits.

I stayed in Hotel Lucchesi two years ago and it was nice enough but not a place I would repeat when there are better options.

I have stopped at the Pierre and would stay there if the price was right. But not at the same price as the Antica Torre Tornabuoni if that was my choice.

I've stayed there and it's nice. It's close to the train station.
