We just made our first trip to Andalucia in Nov/Dec. I discovered on that trip that 17 days is my ideal length of time for a trip! that being said, I would extend your trip a couple of days. We took the train from Madrid to Cordoba, then onto Granada, then Seville. Since you are flying home out of Seville, I would make that your last stop and save going back and forth from Cordoba and Granada. Cordoba was my very favorite city and I wasn't even originally going there, but for the wisdom of people on this forum! Just my two cents. You'll have a great time!

Three very walkable cities (and great for your 3-4 mile range) are Granada, Cordoba and Salamanca, especially if you have a city centre hotel as your base. Lots to see and lots of places to sit and watch the world go by too

If you use that packaged itinerary you shared, add some more time to this trip if possible.I doubt if you will feel like doing all those day trips on such short stays; thos e day trips are to worthwhile places but you only have two weeks, 14 nights.
It does sound like a Rick Steves itinerary, a little rushed.
