The extra cool raincoat with zip out lining--the one I brought to Rome--had four inside pockets. Everything fit in those and no worry about any hands reaching inside. The lining was only on the body, not into the sleeves, and was just perfect. Plus, one of the advantages of having your own apartment is that you know no one is going in there during he day while you're out doing your thing, so you feel a lot safer about what you leave in the room. My coat--I will check again to make sure--was Land's End! It was the perfect coat for Rome in Feb. and March. When it was warmer, my classic denim jacket was just perfect. And don't forget a scarf! It dresses up any and everything! jg
