Nina, it's the person who signed the letter from VIP to the OP.
I am renting a flat from them, hoping it all goes well. Until last yr, i saw not one negative review. And when i previously enquired via phone, all those who answered (not just some) were courteous and patient.
A friend rented an apt from them and was quite happy with its low price, and its location in the 7th.

djkbooks, I have booked VIP #62 for next May only for the view since I did not want to pay $3500. for a view with Paris Perfect Since you have been there I would like to know a bit about the neighborhood. I am travelling alone and was curious if you felt safe at night. I was told there was no closet in that apartment just the dresser, did you find that a problem for hanging coats or storing luggage? Also are there any markets close by? I am French so I will have no problem with the language but I have not been to Paris in over 25 years so it will be like visiting it fresh. Any information you or anyone else can give me on the area would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!
