Another vote for Haarlem, you can catch a frequent bus from the airport

And another vote for Haarlem; great cycling, and easy access by train to Amsterdam and other cities. And close to the beach, in case the sun comes out.

Ok, I'm going to research Haarlem. Sounds like a great home base. Hoping I can find a great house rental.

The Danes are bike mad, there are cycle paths everywhere and Denmark would make a terrific place for a cycling holiday.
