I`m not shure I understood what kind of
trip you`re looking for.
There is no airport in Lucerne.
From Lucerne Railway Station you can take trains to Venice several times a day. It is a beutifull route over the Alpes. You`ll have to change trains 1
to 2 times.
The following excerpt is copied off of the SBB web site. The best connection I saw is as follows: Leave Luzern at 9:17 and arrive in Venice at the Mestre station at 4:43 in the afternoon. You make one change at Arth Goldau, which is just west of Luzern. The Reisedauer is German for the trip length: 7 and a half hours, about.
The schedule is valid for July 4.
The train runs every day. Verbindung is German for connection and taglich means daily. Verkehren means to run in in the context of a vehicle.

Luzern Arth-Goldau 09:17 09:46 D2665
Arth-Goldau Venezia Mestre 09:52 16:43 IC 355
Gültig am: 4.07.99
Reisedauer: 07:26
Diese Verbindung verkehrt täglich.
