Paul, <BR>Here's an interesting (and fun) way that I have started tracking exchange rates for an upcoming trip. My default home page is my.yahoo.com, which I have customized the layout to show the latest news that interests me. One of the options shows the latest performance of the various stock indices -DJIA, Nasdaq, etc- and individual stocks that I hold (and curse daily!). In addition to those, you can also select the foreign currency exchange rate you would like to see updated on a continuous basis. It's been nice to at least see the US dollar worth more Spanish pesetas while my stocks lose their value. <BR> <BR>Most likely, you can do the same thing if your home page (or portal, as they like to call it) is at msn.com or netscape.com, just to name a few. <BR> <BR>Go US dollar! <BR>Greg

I like: www.travlang.com <BR>You can get a conversion for just about any currency and they have print-out 'pocket converters'...For our trip to the Netherlands, Brugge and Paris, earlier this month, I printed these out a day or two before we left and pasted them in a small spiral notebook. It was a handy way to do a quick-check for any purchases or cash withdrawals. When we got back home, I went back to travlang to see if there'd been much change against the dollar (fortunately not). And the converter proved "spot-on"...just got our bank statement and each of our 8 cash machine withdrawals (which you have to make in local currency, of course), were within 2-3 dollars of the what I thought they'd be.
