Eurostar e-tickets print out; is it a problem

Here's a very specific question: I bought eurostar tickets online and choose the option of printing at home. I am now stumbling over printing format (europeen A1 format vs letter in north america) I did a fit to page print out but now, I'm wondering if the bar code will scan properly or should I expect problems at the train station....anyone has previous experience in this?

You certainly aren't printing an A1 format. At 850 cm (nearly THREE FEET in old money) by 600, A1 is way beyond the capacity of any printer likely to be on anyone's desk.

The American "letter" format is roughly the same size as the world standard A4. The size of characters and images is unaffected by which you choose. Assuming your printer's working properly, the scanners will read a barcode printed on a foreign printer.

Or save your paper & ink and collect at the station before travel - you also won't have to worry that you've left the tickets on the kitchen table

If you are catching the eurostar from London, as well as the automatic entry barriers, there are helpful staff to let you through another barrier if you are having problems.
I would think that so long as your ticket is readable you shouldn't have a problem. Di

And save your tickets. They are good for 2 for 1 offers within 5 days of the travel date at several museums in London and Paris!
