I'll be in Europe for 6 weeks... so I'll be hopping all around.
I'm not really looking for any locations inparticular... simply airlines (ie-easyJet) that offer cheap services AND?OR are having specials deals righ tnow.
(I guess I should have specified that earlier)

'Low service' airlines need booking months in advance to secure minimal fares. Fares are often not refundable or only partially refundable. You also pay in advance. Airport fees and taxes are not included in posted fares! One line was offering a fare of $14/2 one-way. RT total came to $120. And an offer of travel insurance and a charge for either credit card or debit card use. Homework is necessary as well as pre-planning!

pick your destination and use the internet to find the best deals. remember that the budget airlines do not always provide the best overall deals. don't restrict your pricing to the budget airlines.
look into booking the flight along with the accomodations. you can get the best deals by doing this and travel companies usually have a great selection of hotels in each city. this may be a better deal than flying a budget airline and booking the hotel separately.

For trip to and fro Germany, try these ones:
www.air-berlin.com
www.hlx.com
www.germanwings.com
www.easyjet.com
www.ryanair.com
Sometimes, however, www.lufthansa.com is the cheapest.

I forgot, all mentioned airlines are very good. High safety standard, very reliable, good service (however, you may pay a small fee for drinks and meals on board). But be aware that some of the flights (especially Ryanair) start from remote little airports (former military bases). In any case, check the map!
